I'm Ellen W. Gonchar,
The sole owner and designer of unique handcrafted jewelry here at Vintique Jools specializing in the use of broken vintage jewelry in the majority of my pieces.
I live in the beautiful Laurel Mountains, located in the Allegheny Ridge in West Central Pennsylvania. After retiring from a long and varied career in the areas of business, public service, floristry, and wedding attire I began my journey into the jewelry field by purchasing and then selling vintage jewelry.
As I explored the beautiful world of vintage jewelry, I became more and more fascinated with the quality of construction in the older pieces. This led me to designing my own jewelry that you will find here.
My design philosophy is to not be locked into any one style of jewelry.
My jewelry designs incorporate both the use of new materials as well as using damaged vintage jewelry to achieve the effect I like to take my time until my final piece is exactly what I want to present to my clients.
The two most important components of my business are quality pieces and happy clients.
